Making a Complaint

We take complaints seriously and we will endeavour to work with you to resolve any issue you have with or products/services or a member of our staff. We hope that you do not feel the need to make a complaint but if the situation should arise please fill in the form to submit your complaint.

We will investigate your complaint and reply back to you normally within 2 working days. If you are not satisfied with the outcome you can raise your complaint direct to the manager via email at manager@webreger.com The manager will also give you alternative options should you require to raise the matter further. These options will vary depending on the nature of your complaint.
