Information we store is kept indefinitely unless you request otherwise in which case information is only kept as long as lawfully required. Provided your account has no active services and no aoutstanding invoices you can request your account to be closed and all data we hold erased.

If you send us a private or direct message via social media the message will be stored by that social media platform. It will not be shared with any other organisations.
